摘要
在教学的过程中,学生容易出现掉队的情况,原因各不相同。在新课改的背景下,教师要对优等生进行培养,将后进生转化,还有带领中等学生不断进步。教师在农村小学数学教学中,需要改变传统的教学方式,树立以学生为教学主体的理念,让所有学生实现个性化发展,成为全面发展的优秀人才。
In the process of teaching,students are easy to fall behind,for different reasons.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,teachers should train the top students,transform the underachievers,and lead the middle school students to make progress.In rural primary school mathematics teaching,teachers need to change the traditional teaching methods,establish the concept of students as the main body of teaching,so that all students can achieve personalized development,and become excellent talents for all-round development.
