摘要
师德标准作为学前教育工作的首位标准,近年来在不断弱化,致使各类事件层出不穷,归根结底,是由于高职院校学前教育专业快速发展,再教育过程中,教师的主要精力放在了完成教学任务,以主要知识与技能为主要关注点的教学中,忽视了师德教育的重要性。本文从学校、教师、学生三个方面阐述学生师德培养的路径,以期为幼儿培养出合格优秀的老师。
As the first standard of preschool education,the standard of teacher’s ethics has been weakening in recent years,resulting in various kinds of events.In the final analysis,it is because of the rapid development of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges.In the process of re education,the main focus of teachers is on the completion of teaching tasks,and the main focus of knowledge and skills is ignored Sex.In this paper,from the school,teachers,students three aspects of the path of the cultivation of students’ethics,in order to cultivate qualified and excellent teachers for children.
