摘要
深化供给侧改革,实施创新驱动发展战略,亟需高职教育供给创新型应用型技能人才。创业教育作为高校人才培养的重要内容之一,应抢抓机遇,为地方产业结构提升提供人力支持。高职院校应完善教育资源供给体系,培养目标多元化,校企共享共育,构建专业化、职业化的师资队伍,提高人才供给质量和精准性。
To deepen the supply-side reform and implement the innovation-driven development strategy,it is urgent for higher vocational education to supply innovative application-oriented talents.As one of the important contents of talent training,entrepreneurship education should seize the opportunity to provide manpower support for the promotion of local industrial structure.Higher vocational colleges should improve the supply system of educational resources,cultivate diversified objectives,share education with enterprises,build professional and professional teaching staff,and improve the quality and precision of talent supply.
