摘要
学长制占据高校学生教育管理方法的比例越来越高,随着国家对于高职教育发展的重视,高职院校学生人数的激增,学长制是一种必不可少而且备受肯定的管理模式。我校于2015年开始推行学长制,几年下来,有一定的成效,也存在一定的缺陷。本文结合调查问卷,探究我校学长制实施的效果,分析原因,为下来的制度完善和工作水平提高输送养分。
With the national attention to the development of higher vocational education,the number of students in higher vocational colleges has increased rapidly,and the long-term system is an indispensable and highly affirmed management mode.Our school began to implement the system of senior in 2015,several years down,there are certain results,but also some defects.Combined with the questionnaire,this paper probes into the effect of the implementation of the long-term system in our school,analyzes the reasons,and improves the delivery of nutrients for the improvement of the system and the level of work.
