摘要
交通是上海合作组织的重要合作领域之一。多年来已经取得较大成绩,尤其是在道路交通便利化方面更是有长足进展。各成员国均重视发展交通合作,培育运输市场,挖掘过境潜力,突破内陆交通瓶颈,带动本国经济社会繁荣,但当前也面临交通基础设施薄弱、物流绩效水平低、其他区域交通合作机制竞争等因素影响。未来,基础设施网络建设和便利化仍是上海合作组织交通合作的重点。
Transportation,one of the key areas of the SCO cooperation,has made considerable achievements particularly in the facilitation of road transport system over the years.Attaching importance to the cooperation,all member states has made efforts to develop the market for transportation,enhance capacity for cross-border transport,break the limitation of inland transport,promote economic and social prosperity.However,the development of transportation is limited by factors such as weak infrastructure,low performance of logistics,competition from other mechanisms of cooperation.In the future,the focus of the SCO transport cooperation are the infrastructure network and transport facilitation.
