摘要
本文结合高压/低压预装式变电站的背景、结构、应用和温升试验,探讨了标准GB/T 17467-2010《高压/低压预装式变电站》中针对温升试验存在的争议,对容易产品理解歧义的条款进行了详细分析,同时对标准中不合适的地方结合行业内的实际情况和作者多年的质检品控经验,提出了自己的建议和措施,通过对该标准的讨论研究,对于电网用户、变压器制造企业和第三方质检机构,针对变压器温升试验的方法和考核,具有重要的理论指导意义和工程应用价值。
This paper combines the background,structure,application and temperature rise test of high voltage/low voltage prefabricated substation to analyze the ambiguous clauses in the standard temperature test of GB/T 17467-2010"high voltage/low voltage prefabricated substation".At the same time,the author puts forward his own suggestions and measures for the unsuitable places in the standard,combined with the actual situation in the industry and the author’s years of quality inspection and quality control experience.The discussion and research on this standard has important theoretical guiding significance and engineering application value for grid users,transformer manufacturers and third-party quality inspection institutions for the method and assessment of transformer temperature rise test.
