摘要
目的了解福建省生产及流通领域保健食品铅、砷、汞的污染情况,分析部分产品重金属污染原因。方法采用国家标准方法对2015~2018年福建省保健食品铅、砷、汞含量进行测定,按剂型、功能类别分类,对测定结果和污染原因进行分析。结果四年共检样品1003批,铅、砷、汞检出率分别为35.1%、36.1%、7.1%,检品合格率为99.4%。其中,茶剂、硬胶囊等剂型,通便类、减肥类等功能类别保健食品重金属检出率及含量较高。结论福建省市售保健食品污染水平总体较低,但个别剂型或功能类别保健食品重金属含量较高,相关行业部门需在日后加大监管力度。
OBJECTIVE To acquire the pollution level of Pb,As and Hg in health food in Fujian market,and analyze the cause of heavy metal contamination in some products.METHODS The contents of Pb,As and Hg in commercially available health food in Fujian were determined by national standard method.According to the classification of dosage forms and functional categories,determination result and the causes of heavy metal pollution were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 1003 batches of samples were examined in four years.The detection rates of Pb,As and Hg were 36.1%,38.2%and 6.1%respectively,and the qualified rate was 99.4%.Among them,the detection rate and content of heavy metals in health food of tea,hard capsule,defecation,weight loss and other functional categories are higher.CONCLUSION The heavy metals pollution in health foods in Fujian is in low level.However,high contents of heavy metals were found in some dosage forms and functional categories,which need to pay more attentions in the supervision and inspections in the future.
