摘要
六西格玛是目前提高产品质量的一个先进、系统、有效的方法,能够达到不断改进控制的目的。本文使用六西格玛方法,通过典型的DMAIC五个阶段,提高软件配置项测试缺陷清除密度,降低软件在系统测试、考核验收及第三方测评时的缺陷清除密度,降低缺陷修改成本,提高产品质量。
Six Sigma is an advanced,systematic,and effective method for improving product quality,which can achieve the goal of continuous improvement and control.Using the Six Sigma method,through the typical five stages of DMAIC,we improve the defect removal density of software configuration item testing,reduce the defect removal density of software during system testing,exit evaluation,and third-party evaluation,reduce defect modification costs,and improve product quality.
