摘要
基于传统轧机逐渐向智能化的方向发展,智能算法、大数据分析、AI技术、遗传基因、图像视觉、超声波检测等技术逐步在轧机振动中应用,为轧机振动技术的解决带来有效的方法与手段,成为解决轧机振动的主要控制方式。阐述连轧机振动问题的解决,从而提高薄带钢的表面质量,对延长零部件使用寿命有重要的意义。
Based on the development of traditional rolling mill towards intelligence,intelligent algorithm,big data analysis,AI technology,genetic gene,image vision,ultrasonic detection and other technologies are gradually applied in rolling mill vibration,which brings effective methods and means for solving rolling mill vibration technology and becomes the main control method for solving rolling mill vibration.This paper describes the solution to the vibration problem of the continuous rolling mill,so as to improve the surface quality of the thin strip,which is of great significance to extend the service life of the parts.
