摘要
设计一种基于MCU单片机的电路特性测试仪,利用DDS数字频率合成计产生所需的正弦信号,将此信号作为输入,通过有效值检测模块将输入、输出正弦信号转化为有效值,从而计算输入电压、输出电压、增益。通过点频法测的幅频特性曲线。当电路出现故障时,测得的输入电阻、输出电阻、增益、上限截止频率及下限截止频率将与正常情况下的值有所不同。通过对比不同故障情况下相应参数,确定故障的原因所在。
A circuit characteristic tester based on MCU is designed.In this paper,DDS digital frequency synthesizer is used to generate the required sinusoidal signal.This signal is used as the input,and the input and output sinusoidal signal is converted into the effective value through the effective value detection module,so as to calculate the input voltage,output voltage and gain.The amplitude frequency characteristic curve measured by point frequency method.When the circuit fails,the measured input resistance,output resistance,gain,upper cut-off frequency and lower cut-off frequency will be different from the normal values.By comparing the corresponding parameters under different fault conditions,the cause of the fault is determined.
