摘要
随着城市化的快速推进,城市区位条件的空间分异越发明显。城市住宅作为与居民生活息息相关的一个指标,其价格与分布逐渐变成表征城市时空格局的重要参考依据;住宅价格的空间分异也被认为是城市空间分异的一种市场化导向,成为城市空间研究的一个重要数据来源与分析方法。本文通过梳理目前相关住宅价格空间分异的研究文献,总结当前研究的主要内容与方法,并对未来住宅价格研究提出展望。
With the rapid development of urbanization,the spatial differentiation of urban location conditions is becoming more and more obvious.As an index which is closely related to residents’lives,the price and distribution of urban housing have gradually become an important reference to characterize the urban spatial and temporal pattern.The spatial differentiation of housing prices is also considered as a market-oriented orientation of urban spatial differentiation,and has become an important data source and analysis method for urban spatial research.In this paper,the main contents and methods of current research by combing the current research literature on the spatial differentiation of housing prices are summarized,and the prospects for future research on housing prices is put forward.
