摘要
目的探究PDCA循环管理、精细管理于青光眼临床护理中的联合应用价值。方法40例研究对象均遴选自本院,同属2018年1月至2020年6月段内就诊的青光眼患者。执行随机性分组,其中20例接受PDCA循环管理联合精细管理,作为观察组;另外20例接受临床常规护理,作为对照组。结果离院前1d,观察组遵医行为评分较对照组高(P<0.05),且离院30d后两组数据差异更显著(P<0.05);离院30d后,观察组患者症状与视功能、生理机能、神经和心理,以及社会活动各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论针对青光眼患者予以PDCA循环管理联合精细管理,临床护理效果更突出,患者遵医程度及生存质量高,更具应用价值。
Objective To explore the combined application value of PDCA cycle management and fine management in clinical care of glaucoma.Methods 40 subjects were selected from our hospital,all of whom were glaucoma patients from January 2018 to June 2020.Twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with PDCA cycle management combined with fine management;The other 20 cases received routine clinical nursing as the control group.results 1 day before discharge,compliance score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was more significant 30 days after discharge(P<0.05).After 30 days of discharge,the scores of symptoms,visual function,physiological function,nerve and psychology,and social activities in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).conclusion For glaucoma patients with PDCA cycle management combined with fine management,clinical nursing effect is more prominent,compliance degree of patients and high quality of life,more application value.
