纳米技术在药物抵抗性癫痫诊断治疗中的应用 被引量:1

Application of nano-technology in the diagnosis and treatment of drug resistant epilepsy

摘要 癫痫是一种常见的慢性中枢神经系统疾病,其中药物抵抗性癫痫的治疗是重点和难点。近些年,随着纳米技术的不断发展,利用一些纳米材料能穿透血脑屏障的特性,纳米材料在精准定位致痫区、抗癫痫药物输送等方面的应用受到了广泛关注。本文介绍了一些目前正在研究使用的脑靶向纳米载体,以及这些纳米载体在药物抵抗性癫痫诊断和治疗方面的研究,期望不久的将来有纳米载体能够对癫痫的临床诊断与治疗提供帮助。 Epilepsy is a common chronic central nervous system disease.The treatment of drug resistant epilepsy is the focus and difficulty.In recent years,with the continuous development of nanotechnology,some nanomaterials can penetrate the blood brain barrier,which makes nanomaterials in the accurate localization of epileptic areas and the delivery of antiepileptic drugs has received extensive attention.In this paper,we introduce some brain targeting nanoparticles that are currently being studied and their research in the diagnosis and treatment of drug resistant epilepsy.It is expected that nanocarriers will be helpful in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy in the future.
