超浅埋隧道下穿高速公路施工沉降及控制研究 被引量:13

Research on Settlement and Control of Super-shallow Buried Tunnel Underpassing Highway Construction

摘要 以重庆铁路枢纽东环线新白杨湾下穿高速公路隧道工程为依托,研究了超浅埋隧道下穿高速公路施工沉降及控制问题.结合相关规范和类似隧道工程,提出本工程下穿高速公路路面沉降控制标准为20 mm.采用有限元分析软件MIDAS-GTS NX建立台阶法、CD法和CRD法3种不同工法施工模型,分析其围岩变形、围岩应力、塑性区域以及地表沉降等影响路面沉降的力学特性变化规律.研究结果表明:在控制围岩变形方面,台阶法控制效果较CD法和CRD法好;从塑性区的分布范围和塑性变形值来说,台阶法较优;台阶法施工最大路面沉降为12.6 mm,CD法和CRD法分别较之增大了39.68%和53.17%,所以台阶法控制沉降最佳.综合分析基础上提出浅埋隧道下穿高速公路施工变形控制措施,对同类工程有指导意义. Based on the tunnel construction of the Xinbaiyangwan under the east ring road of Chongqing railway hub,the problem of construction settlement and control of ultra-shallow buried tunnels passing through the expressway was studied.Combined with relevant specifications and similar tunnel engineering,the road surface settlement control standard for this project crossing the expressway was 20 mm.Three different construction method models,step method,CD method and CRD method,were established by using finite element analysis software MIDAS-GTS NX to analyze the variation of surrounding rock deformation,surrounding rock stress,plastic zone and surface settlement.The results show that the control effect of the step method was better than that of the CD method and the CRD method in controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock.The step method was superior in terms of the distribution range and plastic deformation value of the plastic zone.The maximum pavement settlement of the step method was 12.6 mm.The CD method and the CRD method were increased by 39.68%and 53.17%compared with the step method.Therefore,the step method was the best to control the settlement.Based on comprehensive analysis,the control measures for the deformation of shallow tunnels under highway construction are proposed.It has guiding significance for similar projects.
