钢桥面板顶板-U肋双面焊连接焊缝焊接残余应力分析 被引量:6

Analysis of Residual Stress of U Rib-to-Deck Double-side Welded Joint in Orthotropic Steel Bridge Deck

摘要 为研究钢桥面板顶板-U肋双面焊连接焊缝的残余应力分布,建立了有限元模型.通过对比单面焊接与双面焊接模型计算结果,分析了顶板-U肋连接焊缝温度场与残余应力分布.同时讨论了顶板厚度与角焊缝焊接顺序对残余应力的分布影响.研究表明:相比单面焊,双面焊模型焊缝附近残余应力更低,且应力梯度更大,疲劳性能更优越.而增加顶板厚度和采用两条角焊缝先后焊接的操作顺序均有助于降低先焊接焊缝一侧的应力、增大焊缝附近应力梯度,并促使应力拐点的提前出现. In order to study the residual stress at U rib-to-deck double-side welded joint in orthotropic steel bridge deck,finite element models were established.By comparing the results of single-side welding and double-side welding methods,the distribution of temperature and residual stress in double-side welding method were analyzed.Moreover,the effects of deck thickness and welding sequence of two welds on residual stress near the fillet welds were also analyzed.The results show that,compared with results of single-side welding,the residual stress near the weld of the double-side welding model is lower,however,the stress gradient is larger,which results in a better fatigue performance.In addition,increasing the thickness of deck and two fillet welds welded successively can reduce the stress at the side of the first weld and promote the emergence of stress inflection point in advance.
