摘要
党的十九大报告提出"完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作",这是新时代职业教育改革发展总的指导思想,也是职业院校办学的重要指南。职业院校需要紧密对接产业发展需求,科学设置并动态优化专业结构,采取多要素"组合创新"方式,与行业企业共建混合所有制二级学院、生产性实训基地和协同创新中心,共同开发专业教学标准并改革人才培养方案,共同组织实施教学,共同开展人才培养质量评价,增强职业院校办学活力,提高人才培养质量。
According to the report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC,it proposes the leading thoughts and important guidance for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era:improving the vocational education and training system and deepening the industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation.Higher vocational colleges should meet the demands of industrial development,scientifically set and optimize the specialized structure,adopt multiple modes of"innovative integration"by co-constructing secondary schools of mixed ownership,productive training base and collaborative innovation centers with the enterprises,develop specialized teaching standards and reform talents cultivation programs,organize teaching activities,carry out the quality evaluation of talents cultivation in step with the enterprises in order to strengthen the college-running vatality and improve talents cultivation quality.
