摘要
面对本科人才培养过程中的不足,南京工业大学坚持立德树人,回归大学本源,以学生为中心,牢固确立人才培养的核心地位,全面实施素质教育,更新教育理念,加大教学投入,创新人才培养模式,在专业特色建设、实习实训体系构建、加速第一与第二课堂融合、优化教学方法和提升师资队伍质量等方面集中发力,以期促进学生自由全面发展,全力提高人才培养质量。
Facing the shortcomings in the process of undergraduate talent training,Nanjing Tech University insists on building up people with moral integrity,returning to the origin of the university,taking students as the center,firmly establishing the core position of talent training,comprehensively implementing quality education,renewing educational concepts,increasing teaching investment and innovating talent training mode,We should concentrate our efforts on accelerating the integration of the first and second classes in the construction of professional characteristics and practical training system,optimizing education and teaching methods and improving the quality of teachers to promote the free and all-round development of students and improve the quality of personnel training.
