摘要
玄武岩纤维综合性能优异,是一种具有良好应用前景的非金属材料。浸润剂是玄武岩纤维制备过程中重要的助剂,它可以提高玄武岩纤维的成丝性,改善玄武岩纤维的后续加工性能。自制了缠绕型玄武岩纤维浸润剂HYCR,对其进行了离心稳定性、表面张力、固含量测试与表征,并通过坩埚型玄武岩拉丝机,实验自制玄武岩纤维HYCR-BF。对比分析了3种市售玄武岩纤维BC11-BF、SXYX-BF、DS-BF与自制玄武岩纤维表面形貌、纤维线密度、表面能、丝束拉伸强度等性能。结果表明:自制纤维在表面能、纤维抗拉强度方面与市售纤维相差不大,部分指标优于市售纤维。
Basalt fiber is a kind of non-metallic material with good application prospect because of its excellent comprehensive performance.The sizing agent is an important auxiliary agent in the preparation of basalt fiber,which can improve the filamentability and the subsequent processing properties of basalt fiber.In order to develop a new type of sizing agent for winding basalt fiber,in this study,a winding basalt fiber sizing agent HYCR was prepared,and the centrifugal stability,surface tension and solid content were tested and characterized.Additionally,basalt fiber(HYCR-BF)was experimentally produced using a crucible-type basalt fiber drawing machine.At the same time,the self-made basalt fiber HYCR-BF was compared with three kinds of commercially available fibers(BC11-BF,SXYX-BF and DS-BF)in terms of surface morphology,fiber linear density,,surface energy and tow tensile strength.The results showed that the surface energy and fiber tensile strength of self-made fibers were similar to those of commercially available fibers,and some indexes were better than those of commercially available fibers.
