提高粘/棉混纺纱成纱强力的实践

摘要 为了提高原纱断裂强力、满足成品面料的撕破强力和顶破强力,探讨纺纱捻系数、纤维长度、纤维线密度和粘胶纤维初始模量对粘/棉混纺纱成纱强力的影响;通过参数优选和配棉成本测算,确定选择配比为60%、线密度为1.33 dtex的高湿模量粘胶纤维和配比为40%优质巴西细绒棉纺制R/CJ 60/40 18.2×L/R 55/45 38.9 299×268 160 1/1面料用纱,详述各纺纱工序工艺要点。指出:粘/棉混纺纱捻系数比相同号数的粘胶纱和纯棉纱稍大掌握,可提高成纱强力;棉纤维长度和长度整齐度对成纱强力的改善不明显;纤维在纱线截面内均匀分布有利于提高成纱强力;适宜线密度的高湿模量粘胶,可提升混纺纱成纱强力,并明显改善混纺成纱断裂伸长率。 In order to improve the breaking strength of raw yarn and meet the tear and burst strength of finished fabric,the effects of spinning twist factor,fiber length,fiber linear density and initial modulus of viscose fiber on the yarn strength of viscose/cotton blended yarn are discussed.Through parameter optimization and cotton assorting cost calculation,high wet modulus viscose fiber with matching ratio of 60%and linear density of 1.33 dtex,and high-quality Brazilian medium cotton with matching ratio of 40%are selected as spinning materials.The result of parameter optimization and cotton assorting cost calculation are used to spin the yarn for fabric of R/CJ 60/4018.2×L/R 55/4538.9299×2681601/1.The key points of each spinning process are described in detail.It is pointed out that the twist factor of viscose/cotton blended yarn needs to be set a larger yarn density than that of viscose yarn and pure cotton yarn with the same yarn density,which the yarn strength can be improved.The improvement of cotton fiber length and length uniformity on yarn strength is not obvious.The uniform distribution of fibers in the section of yarn is beneficial to improve yarn strength.High wet modulus viscose with a suitable linear density can increase yarn strength of blended yarn and improve elongation at break significantly.
