摘要
高校的双元制培养模式是德国高等教育最新发展的一个亮点,高校、企业、大学生以及政府都是获益方和推动者。双元制模式为高等教育中学术文化与技术文化的融合开辟了一条制度性道路,可对高等教育的“学术化”倾向产生修正作用,有助于解决其脱离职业实践的内生性问题。
The dual study system is a bright unique feature in the development of German higher education.Universities,enterprises,college students and the government are all the gainers and promoters of the dual study system of higher education.The dual study system explores an institutional path for integrating academic culture and technical culture in higher education,which amends academic tendency of higher education and solves the endogenous problem of disengagement from professional practice.
