炼化工业集中区大气环境防护区域设置的研究

摘要 以我国某大型炼化工业集中区为例,参照HJ 2.2—2018《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境》中对单个建设项目大气环境防护区域设置的技术方法,根据CALPUFF模型的该炼化工业集中区所有生产装置、所有分厂区工业生产排放大气污染物对区域短期质量浓度的贡献影响模拟结果,计算各分厂区、各大气污染物的大气环境防护距离,设置该大型炼化工业集中区整体的大气环境防护区域,以期为当下工业集中区整体大气环境防护区域的设置提供参考。 At the present stage,we are mostly concerned with the atmospheric protection area of individual construction projects and still use the old production facilities′sanitary protection distance,which no longer meets the current environmental protection requirements,and there is little research on the overall atmospheric protection area of industrial concentrated areas with many production facilities and scattered production plants.The article takes a large refining and chemical industrial concentration area in China as an example,and refers to the technical method for setting the air environment protection zone for individual construction projects in the Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment(HJ 2.2—2018),and calculates the contribution of all production units and all subplants of the refining and chemical industrial concentration area to the regional short-term mass concentration of air pollutants emitted from industrial production according to the CALPUFF model.The simulation results are used to calculate the air environment protection distance of each sub-plant area and each air pollutant,and to set the overall air environment protection area of this large refining and chemical industrial concentration area,in order to provide reference for the setting of the overall air environment protection area of the industrial concentration area at present.
