摘要
立足于风险管理理论,同时充分结合体育类招生考试自身的具体特征,基于风险特征、监控类型等维度对体育类招生考试考点风险监控与管理进行了深入剖析,并根据存在的问题提出了有针对性的风险管理对策。笔者认为应当将危害性和偶然性风险作为防范体育类招生考试考点风险的重中之重。另外,按照监控内容的差异,可以将监控类型划分为四种:质量监控、技术监控、过程监控、制度监控。在此基础之上提出了风险管理的应对策略:建立健全相配套的场馆设施,配备相关的器材,从资金层面为硬软件的建设提供强有力的支持,同时还应当加强对现代化治理方式的应用。
Based on the theory of risk management,as well as the specific characteristics of gaokao for candidates majoring in sports,this article tries to have a brief analysis of the features and types of risk monitoring and management of the test centers.Meanwhile,strategies for dealing with the problems of risk management are also proposed here.To be specific,firstly,to prevent from any risks in the test centers,the hazard risks and contingency risks should be a top priority.Then,monitoring types can be divided into four types:quality monitoring,technology monitoring,process monitoring,and institution monitoring according to the contents.Then,on the basis of the above-mentioned issues,this article puts forward some strategies such as providing financial support for the construction of hardware and software(for example,facilities and equipment,etc.),and expanding the scope of the applications of modern governance methods,etc.
