湖北省高等教育自学考试课程学业综合评价改革刍议

On Comprehensive Assessment Reform of Self-taught Higher Education in Hubei Province

摘要 高等教育自学考试作为我国重要的教育制度,在我国的社会经济发展中有着举足轻重的作用。随着我国教育形势的改变,以终结性评价为主的高等教育自学考试面临着新的挑战。鉴于多元评价在高等教育自学考试中的必要性和可行性,湖北省高等教育自学考试开展课程学业综合评价试点改革。该改革大致经历试点探索、逐步完善、稳定推进等阶段。在明确目标、原则、评价方式和标准、实施主体与评价功能基础之上,凝练出湖北省高等教育自学考试多元评价的体系。如在评价内容上,探索“以学习者为中心”的高等教育自学考试学业综合评价体系;在评价方式上,形成数据驱动的高等教育自学考试学业综合评价基础数据库;在评价主体上,推动评价主体的多元化。 As an important component of the education system in China,self-taught higher education examinations play a pivotal role in China's socio-economic development.However,with the development of the society,self-taught higher education examinations,which focus too much on summative assessment,is facing challenges and problems.To fight against the problems,Hubei Province has launched a pilot reform of curriculum and academic assessment.This reform,with a focus on continuous and comprehensive evaluation methods,which has roughly undergone stages of pilot exploration,gradual improvement,and steady progress,has been proved to be necessary and feasible.To be specific,by means of the detailed ways of clarifying the objectives,principles,methods&standards,subjects,and functions,etc.,the reform of the comprehensive assessment is bearing fruits.For example,in terms of assessment content,the exploration of a comprehensive evaluation system for the"learner-centered"self-taught higher education examinations has been progressed;in terms of assessment methods,a data-driven database for comprehensive evaluation of academic performance has been set-up;and with regard to evaluation subject,the diversification methods have been promoted,etc.
