摘要
数字化转型是烟草行业实现高质量发展的一种最优和必然选择。随着5G、人工智能、大数据等新技术的应用,以数字信息技术为动力的新基建是引领烟草行业谋求数字化转型的重要举措。本文阐述了新基建的内涵及其关键领域,探索了烟草行业高质量发展背景下数字化转型的必要性和可行性,然后通过SWOT分析法分析了烟草行业高质量发展背景下新基建对数字化转型的赋能效应,进一步引入SoS理论解构新基建作用于烟草行业数字化的实施路径,最后提出了建议和展望,以期实现数字化转型和谋求高质量发展。
Digital transformation is an optimal and inevitable choice for the tobacco industry to achieve high-quality development.With the application of new technologies such as 5G,artificial intelligence,and big data,new infrastructure driven by digital information technology is an important measure leading the tobacco industry in its pursuit of digital transformation.This paper elaborated on the connotation and key areas of new infrastructure,explored the necessity and feasibility of digital transformation in the context of high-quality development of the tobacco industry,and then analyzed the empowering effect of new infrastructure on digital transformation in the context of high-quality development of the tobacco industry through SWOT analysis.Furthermore,it introduced the theory of SoS(system of system)to deconstruct the implementation path of new infrastructure on the digitalization of the tobacco industry,and finally put forward suggestions and prospects,in order to achieve digital transformation and seek high-quality development.
