摘要
"拯救脓毒症运动(surviving sepsis campaign,SSC)"致力于降低全球范围内脓毒症的发病率和病死率。2018年,SSC颁布新的"1 h集束化治疗"指南,明确了脓毒症的治疗和护理要求。本文综述了基于该指南的脓毒症护理进展,旨在帮助护理人员在护理脓毒症患者时做到早期识别、动态监测及标准化治疗。
“Surviving Sepsis Campaign(SSC)”is committed to reduce morbidity and mortality of sepsis in the world.In 2018,SSC issued new“hour-1 bundle”in order to clear the requirements of sepsis treatment and nursing care.We summarized the advances in nursing care of sepsis based on the guidelines,aiming to assist nursing staff for early identification,dynamic monitoring,and standardized treatment of sepsis patients.
