摘要
目的:探讨股后皮神经皮瓣联合流体悬浮床及生蒲黄治疗坐骨结节压疮的疗效观察。方法:选取2019年09月-2023年12月笔者医院收治的坐骨结节压疮患者60例,分为两组,对照组选择股后皮神经皮瓣联合常规病床治疗,研究组选择股后皮神经皮瓣联合流体悬浮床治疗。结果:研究组皮瓣成活率更高且缝合伤口裂开率更低(P<0.05);研究组康复效果更好(P<0.05);研究组生活质量更高(P<0.05)。提高皮瓣成活率,促进压疮创面尽快愈合,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,可以推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of posterior femoral cutaneous nerve flap combined with fluid suspension bed and raw puhuang in the treatment of pressure sore of ischiatic tubercle.Methods A total of 60 patients with ischiatic tuberous pressure sore admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to December 2023 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with posterior femoral cutaneous nerve flap combined with conventional hospital bed,and the study group was treated with posterior femoral cutaneous nerve flap combined with fluid suspension bed.Results The survival rate of skin flap was higher in the study group and the rate of suture wound rupture was lower(P<0.05).The rehabilitation effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was higher(P<0.05).It can improve the survival rate of skin flap,promote the healing of pressure ulcer wound as soon as possible,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life and shorten the length of hospital stay.
