摘要
目的探讨注水法对结肠镜检查患者的影响。方法选取196例行非麻醉肠镜检查的患者,随机数字法分为注水组和注气组,每组98例。收集患者一般资料,检查中记录进镜时间、退镜时间、操作总时间、插管是否成功,是否变化体位和腹部按压;检查后对患者进行腹痛评分,并记录检查结束后是否腹痛、腹痛持续时间,检查后2 h是否腹胀;并比较两组患者的生活质量、舒适度及满意度。结果注水组进镜时间、退镜时间及操作总时间注水组明显高于注气组(P<0.001);注气组疼痛评分明显高于注水组疼痛评分(P<0.001);两组检查插管成功率无差异(P=0.774);注气组的生活质量(21.4%)明显高于注水组(10.2%)(P=0.031);注水组患者的检查舒适度(95.9%)明显高于注气组患者(87.8%)(P=0.037);注水组患者满意度(96.9%)高于注气组(88.8%)。结论注水结肠镜能够减轻患者的腹痛症状,且不影响插管成功率,并且能提高患者的生活质量、舒适度及满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of water-aided colonscopy on patients.Methods A total of 196 patients accepted non-anesthesia olonoscopy were enrolled and they were randomly divided into two groups(water-aided group,n=98;air insufflations group,n=98).All clinical data of two groups were collected,the entrance time of colonoscope,the withdrawal time of colonoscope,the total time of examinations,the success rate of intubation and a series of auxiliary operation in the process,such as the change of body position,abdominal compression were recorded during detection.After detection,the pains score of patients were recorded and evaluated.Whether abdominal pain and duration of abdominal pain were recorded after the examination.The abdominal distension was recorded 2 h after the examination.The quality of life,comfort and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The entrance time,the withdrawal time of colonoscope and the total time of intubation of water-aided group were significantly higher than those of air insufflations group(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001);while the VAS of water-aided group was significantly lower than that of air insufflations group.The difference of success rate of intubation between two groups was not significant(P=0.774).The quality of life of the water-aided group(21.4%)was significantly higher than that of the air insufflations group(10.2%)(P=0.031).The comfort level of the patients in the water-aided group(95.9%)was significantly higher than that of the patients in air insufflations group(87.8%)(P=0.037).The satisfaction of patients in the water-aided group(96.9%)was higher than that in the air insufflations group(88.8%).Conclusion The water-aided colonoscopy can relieve pain of patients,and it doesn’t affect the success rate of intubation for cecum.It can improve patients’quality of life,comfort and satisfaction.
