摘要
介绍了张家口市崇礼区某山地度假酒店的结构设计,从结构选型,典型布置等方面进行了简述,并结合本项目山地建筑结构的特点,从超长地下室的设计、地下室顶板的特殊构造、两层通高挡土墙的结构设计、嵌固层的选择以及处理措施等几方面进行了阐述。山地建筑结构具有不可避免的不规则性,且结构受力复杂,本项目因地制宜利用坡地高差形成了首层与地下一层两层嵌固面承载力包络的掉层结构体系;为减小地下室顶板覆土重量,在山地顺坡向逐跨变化地下室顶板标高;超长地下室要考虑温度、湿度、不均匀沉降等变形作用导致的混凝土开裂;坡屋面的结构形式要考虑三角拱结构对框架柱顶及框架梁水平推力的影响,同时要考虑单坡屋面内接平屋面位置的积水、积雪荷载。
This paper introduces the structural design of a mountain resort hotel in Chongli District,Zhangjiakou City,and briefly describes the structure selection and typical layout.Combined with the characteristics of the mountain building structure of this project,the design of the super-long basement,the special structure of the basement roof,the structural design of the two-story height retaining wall,the selection and the treatment measures of the embedded layer are expounded.The mountain building structure has unavoidable irregularities,and the structural force is complex.This project takes advantage of the slope height difference to form a drop-floor structure system with the bearing capacity envelope of the first floor and the basement floor.In order to reduce the weight of the basement roof cover soil,the elevation of the basement roof changes span by span along the slope in the mountainous area;concrete cracking caused by deformation such as temperature,humidity and uneven settlement should be considered in the ultra-long basement;the structural form of the sloping roof should consider the effect of the triangular arch structure on the frame columns The influence of the horizontal thrust of the roof and frame beams,and the water and snow loads at the location where the single-slope roof is connected to the flat roof should be considered.
