随着国际旅游岛建设的全面推进,海南的酒店业迎来了新的机遇与挑战。酒店建筑唯有具备独特个性与恒久生命力,才能在时代发展大潮中立于不败之地。地域性便是提升建筑魅力与品位的重要工具。文章回顾了富力海南海洋欢乐世界凯悦酒店项目实践的主要片段,介绍其在立面造型、功能布局、过渡空间、园林景观等方面的地域性营造方法,从中得出感悟与启示。并阐明了建筑师牵头的全过程设计中的责任与担当,希望为设计人员提供一下思路。
With the comprehensive advancement of the construction of international tourism islands,Hainan’s hotel industry has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.Only with unique personality and eternal vitality,hotel architecture can be invincible in the tide of development of the times.Regionality is an important tool to enhance the charm and taste of architecture.This paper reviews the main links of the Hainan R&F Ocean ParadiseHyattHotelproject practice,introduces its regional creation methods in terms of façade styling,functional layout,transitional space,garden landscape,etc.,summarizes the resultant insights and inspirations and also clarifies the responsibilities in the whole process design led by architects,hoping to provide designers with some ideas.
