摘要
正交异性膜结构在我国建筑领域应用越来越广泛,均布荷载会对其外观和安全性产生影响。对装配式建筑中正交异性张拉膜结构在均布荷载作用下的静力响应进行了研究。首先将某薄膜屋盖抽象出力学模型,并介绍了其在有限元软件中建立的过程,之后通过改变预张力大小、外荷载大小、膜面尺寸分析了三者对其静力性能的影响。结果显示均布荷载越大,膜面静力响应越大;预张力越大,结构刚度越强,均布荷载产生的位移就越小;长宽比增大时,膜面静力响应也随之增大;膜面的正交异性对其静力响应的影响不应忽略。在正交异性膜结构的设计和应用中,应选取合适的预张力和膜面尺寸,保证其在均布荷载作用下的安全和美观。该研究可以加深对正交异性张拉膜结构性能的了解,为其在装配式建筑中的使用和设计提供理论依据,并为相关研究提供验证手段。
ed,and the process of its establishment in finite element software is introduced.Then,the influence of pre-tension,external load and membrane surface size on its static performance is analyzed.The results show that the greater the uniform load,the greater the static response of the membrane surface;the larger the pre-tension is,the stronger the structural stiffness is,and the smaller the displacement caused by uniform load is.When the aspect ratio increases,the static response of the membrane surface also increases.The influence of orthotropic membrane surface on its static response should not be ignored.In the design and application of orthotropic membrane structure,appropriate pre-tension and membrane surface size should be selected to ensure its safety and beauty under uniform load.This study can deepen the understanding of the performance of orthotropic tensioned membrane structures,provide a theoretical basis for its use and design in prefabricated buildings,and provide verification methods for related research.
