大跨度桥梁端抽屉式轨道伸缩装置研究

摘要 高速铁路大跨度桥梁端纵向伸缩量大、梁端转角较大且变位复杂,需在梁端设置一种特殊的伸缩结构,以保证梁端轨道的安全性和平顺性,进而保证梁端区域行车的安全性和舒适度。在充分研究现有梁端轨道伸缩装置的基础上,设计了一种大跨度桥梁端抽屉式轨道伸缩装置。为验证该装置结构的合理性和可靠性,通过有限元软件建立了伸缩装置在列车静荷载和动荷载作用下的力学仿真分析模型,对不同工况下装置的主要部件和整体结构的受力和变形响应进行计算与分析,并对动荷载作用下列车的动力响应进行分析。研究结果表明,在列车静荷载作用下,伸缩装置的主要受力部件和整体结构满足强度要求,其变形满足规范要求;在列车动荷载作用下,装置的主要部件垂向加速度和变形满足规范要求,列车的行车安全性和舒适度评价指标均在规定的范围之内。因此,该伸缩装置结构合理,具有较高的安全性与可靠性,可保证行车安全与舒适度。 Since the longitudinal expansion and torsional deformation at the end of long-span beam are large and complex for the high-speed railway bridge.It is necessary to install a special joint at the beam end to ensure the track safety and regularity,hence to ensure the operation safety and comfort of the train.A modified long-span beam-end drawer-type track expansion joint was designed based on the existing beam end track expansion joint.In order to verify the reliability of the track expansion joint,the mechanical and deformation response of the structure under both static and dynamic loads were calculated and analyzed by simulating the structure and its loads under different work conditions with the help of finite element software.Joint was developed with the help of finite element software.The results under the static load of the train show that the main parts of the structure and the overall structure will not be destroyed,and the displacement of the overall structure is within the allowable limits.The results under the dynamic load of the train show that both the vertical vibration acceleration and deformation of the track components meet the technique requirements,and all the vehicle safety and comfort evaluating parameters are within the allowable range.Therefore,the safety and reliability of the designed structure is sound enough.
