摘要
某仓库为2层(无地下室)钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋,采用桩基础,室内地坪区域采用深层搅拌法(水泥土搅拌桩)地基处理后的复合地基。在建成使用3年后(室内地坪不间断大面积堆放货物),室内地坪存在明显“锅形”沉降变形,各库区最大相对高差为-213~-91 mm,同时地坪出现长度方向与房屋轴网呈45°夹角的规律性裂缝,导致房屋无法正常使用。为了解地坪沉降变形现状及原因,通过仓库地坪相对高差测量、地坪做法复核检测、地坪混凝土强度检测、桩间地基土取样及试验、回填土压实度检测、静力触探试验、水泥搅拌桩桩长及强度检测、水泥搅拌桩桩径及间距检测、复合地基平板载荷试验、沉降计算分析等途径对上述问题进行了检测鉴定,并分析沉降成因。案例对于同类型房屋相似问题的处理有一定的参考价值。
A warehouse is a building with 2 floors(no basement)reinforced concrete frame structure,using pile foundation.The first floor area adopts a composite foundation treated by the deep mixing method(cement soil mixing pile).After 3 years of use(the first floor continuously large area stacking goods),the indoor floor has obvious"pot shape"settlement deformation.The maximum relative height differenceof the warehouse partitions ranges from-213mm to-91 mm.At the same time,regular cracks appear in the length direction of the floor and the building axis network at an Angle of 45°.Resulting in the warehouse can not be used normally.In order to understand the causes of floor settlement and deformation,this paper tested and identified the above problems through floor relative height difference,floor structure,floor concrete strength,foundation soil sample,compactness of backfill,static cone penetration test,pile length and strength,plate load test on composite foundation,settlement calculation and analysis,and analyzed the causes of settlement.This project case has a certain reference value for similar problems of the same type of houses.
