摘要
某5层砖混结构自建房遭受火灾,房屋出现不同程度受损,当地房屋管理部门急需对受灾房屋进行针对性处理,避免二次灾害发生。现场鉴定依据《火灾后工程结构鉴定标准》(CECS252-2019)进行了两个阶段的火灾后结构鉴定工作,即初步鉴定和详细鉴定。同时,结合《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB50292-2015)对该房屋进行结构安全性鉴定评级。鉴定结果表明:该自建房在火灾后一~二层多处混凝土结构构件、砌体结构构件出现开裂,多处预制楼板出现下挠、坍塌现象,经现场检测及计算受灾结构构件承载力均出现不同程度的衰减,因此房屋整体的安全性被评为Dsu级,严重影响房屋整体承载。经建议后该自建房内人员、财产全部转移,避免了二次灾害的发生。本次火灾后砖混结构自建房鉴定可为类似灾害鉴定提供参考。
A 5-story brick concrete structure self built house was hit by a fire,causing varying degrees of damage to the house.The local housing management department urgently needs to carry out targeted treatment on the affected house to avoid secondary disasters.The on-site identification was carried out in two stages of post fire structural identification work,namely preliminary identification and detailed identification,in accordance with the"Post Fire Engineering Structure Identification Standard"(CECS 252-2019).At the same time,the structural safety evaluation and rating of the house will be conducted in accordance with the"Reliability Evaluation Standard for Civil Buildings"(GB 50292-2015).The appraisal results indicate that after the fire,multiple concrete and masonry structural components on the first to second floors of the self built house cracked,and multiple prefabricated floor slabs showed downward deflection and collapse.After on-site inspection and calculation,the bearing capacity of the affected structural components showed varying degrees of attenuation.Therefore,the overall safety of the house was rated as Dsu,seriously affecting the overall bearing capacity of the house.After suggestion,all personnel and property in the self built house were transferred to avoid the occurrence of secondary disasters.The identification of self built brick concrete structures after this fire can provide reference for similar disaster identification.
