摘要
为推进乡村振兴建设,保障农户住房安全,对皖南某地区6个行政村102户农村房屋现状进行了实地调查。通过检测确定房屋破坏发生位置,进行房屋破坏特征分析,形成农村房屋危险性检测鉴定结果,并对农村房屋危房规模进行统计。结果表明,该地区存在砖木结构、砖混结构、框架结构及钢结构四种结构形式农村房屋。房屋破坏位置出现在基础、墙体、屋架、屋盖、非承重构件等处,主要破坏特征包括基础不均匀沉降、墙体开裂变形、屋面与墙体渗漏、屋面变形垮塌等。根据鉴定,该地区A级安全房屋占比为0,B级危险房屋占比3%,C级和D级的危险房屋分别占比79%和18%,严重危及当地农户住房安全。针对调查中发现的安全问题,提出一些加固建议。通过本次农村房屋现状调查和危房检测鉴定工作,可为该地区农村房屋安全性评价和下一步加固修复工作提供借鉴依据。
In order to promote the construction of rural revitalization and ensure the housing safety of farmers,a field survey was conducted on the current situation of 102 rural houses in 6 administrative villages in a certain area of southern anhui.Through the detection to determine the location of housing damage,the analysis of housing damage characteristics,the formation of rural housing risk detection and identification results,and the scale of rural housing dangerous housing statistics.The results show that there are four types of rural houses in this area:brick-wood structure,brick-concrete structure,frame structure and steel structure.The damage location of the house appears in the foundation,wall,roof,roof,non-load-bearing components,etc.The main damage characteristics include uneven settlement of the foundation,wall cracking deformation,roof and wall leakage,roof deformation and collapse.According to the appraisal,the proportion of grade A safe houses in the area is 0,the proportion of grade B dangerous houses is 3%,and the proportion of grade C and grade D dangerous houses is 79%and 18%respectively,which seriously endangers the housing safety of local farmers.Some reinforcement suggestions are put forward for the safety problems found in the investigation.Through the investigation of the current situation of rural houses and the detection and identification of dangerous houses,it can provide reference for the safety evaluation of rural houses in this area and the next reinforcement and repair work.
