摘要
研究综合运输成本与铁路货运量的关系,对于促进大宗货物“公转铁”、优化运输结构具有重要现实意义。本文基于货车定位数据和铁路站到站流量流向数据,研究综合运输成本变化对铁路货运量的影响。结果显示:运输价格比运输时间对铁路货运量的影响更大;铁路运价降低20%,可导致铁路货运量提升25%左右,铁路运输时间减少20%,可导致铁路货运量提升3%左右。基于此,本文提出要进一步降低铁路运输价格,提升铁路运输效率,以提高铁路货运量。
Studying the relationship between comprehensive transportation costs and railway freight volume is of great practical significance for promoting the shift of bulk cargo from road to rail and optimizing the transportation structure.Based on truck positioning data and railway station-to-station data,this paper studies the impact of changes in comprehensive transportation costs on railway freight volume.The results show that transportation prices have a greater impact on railway freight volume than transportation time.A 20%reduction in railway freight rates can lead to an increase in railway freight volume of around 25%,while a 20%reduction in railway transportation time can lead to an increase in railway freight volume of around 3%.Based on this,the paper proposes to further reduce railway transportation prices and improve railway transportation efficiency to increase the railway freight volume.
