摘要
绿色高铁具有快捷、环保、安全、舒适等诸多优点,不仅体现当代社会绿色环保的发展理念,还很大程度上提升了乘客的出行体验,增强了乘客的幸福感。本文以绿色高铁出行幸福感为研究对象,通过问卷调查、统计分析以及多元有序Logistic回归模型对京张高铁旅客的出行幸福感进行研究,构建了由情绪因素和认知因素构成的理论解释框架,认为乘客乘坐高铁时对绿色高铁的情绪反应以及对绿色高铁车站和车厢设施的认知水平会综合影响消费者的幸福感水平,实证研究发现:顺利程度、乘坐心情、能耗设备智能管控等因素对出行幸福感有显著影响。基于此,本文针对性地提出绿色高铁的改进措施,包括优化绿色高铁换乘流程、提升旅客在高铁乘坐过程中的综合体验质量、针对不同群体的诉求改进服务等,以更好地提升旅客的出行满意度。
Green high-speed rail hasmany advantages such as fast,environmental protection,safety,comfort,etc.It not only reflects the development concept of green and environmental protection in contemporary society,but also largely improves the travel experience of passengers and enhances their sense of well-being.This paper takes green high-speed rail travel happiness as the research object,through questionnaire survey,statistical analysis andmultivariate ordered Logistic regressionmodel to research on Beijing-Zhanghai high-speed rail passengers'travel happiness,constructs a theoretical explanation framework composed of emotional and cognitive factors,and argues that passengers'emotional reaction to green high-speed rail and cognitive level of green high-speed rail station and compartment facilitieswhen they take high-speed rail will comprehensively affect the level of consumer happiness.Consumer happiness level,empirical research found that:smooth degree,ridingmood,intelligent control of energy consumption equipment and other factors have a significant impact on trav-eling happiness.Based on this,this paper puts forward targeted improvement measures for green high-speed rail,including optimizing the green high-speed rail transfer process,improving the comprehensive experience quality of passengers during high-speed rail rides,and improving the services for the demands of different groups,so as to better enhance the travel satisfaction of passengers.
