摘要
大卫·哈维在批判新自由主义的基础上形成了独具特色的"剥夺性积累"思想。在他看来,"剥夺性积累"实为新自由主义及其全球化历史进程的一种内在核心机制,通过私有化、金融化、危机管理和操控、国家再分配等主要方式不断实现暴力掠夺型积累。不过,一方面,由于忽视了"剥夺性积累"概念和"原始积累"概念在理论逻辑功用与具体历史所指、既定历史内涵等方面的显著差别,他试图赋予"剥夺性积累"概念以一般普遍性并取代"原始积累"概念的诉求根本无法实现;另一方面,由于哈维并没能像卢森堡那样清晰阐明"外部"概念的内涵与外延,从而不仅令这一概念歧义丛生,更使得"剥夺性积累"思想深陷混淆的理解和争议之中。
David Harvey formed the unique thought of“accumulation by dispossession”on the basis of criticizing neo-liberalism.In his opinion,“accumulation by dispossession”is an internal core mechanism of neo-liberalism and its historical process of globalization,which continuously realizes the violent predatory accumulation through privatization,financialization,crisis management and control,and state redistribution.However,on the one hand,because of ignoring the significant differences between the concept of“accumulation by dispossession”and“primitive accumulation”in theoretical logic function,specific historical meaning and historical connotation,his appeal to give the concept of“accumulation by dispossession”universality and replace the concept of“primitive accumulation”cannot be realized at all;on the other hand,because Harvey failed to clarify the connotation and extension of the concept of“exterior”as clearly as Luxembourg,it not only makes the concept ambiguous,but also makes the thought of“accumulation by dispossession”deeply confused and controversial.
