摘要
"立德树人"是思想政治工作的核心理念和根本任务,是培养新时代社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的内在要求。新时代,做好大学生"立德树人"工作需要进一步强化思想政治理论课"主渠道"作用,不断丰富大学教师的伦理维度,将道德教育融入现实生活,充分发挥社会实践的育人效果,创新"立德树人"方式方法,着力构建齐抓共管、协同联动的长效育人机制。
Fostering character and civic virtue is the key idea and task of ideological and political work,and is also the intrinsic requirement which cultivates qualified constructer and faithful successor in the new socialistic era.Completing the task needs strengthening the main channel role of ideological and political theory course further,continually enriching the teacher’s ethical dimensions,mixing the moral education and real life together,taking full advance of social activities,innovating the mode and method and making great efforts which building the co-operative and harmonious mechanism cultivating students.
