摘要
网络时代大背景下,多关注于教育资源开发而忽略教育过程公平;本文结合层次分析及德尔菲调查法,以家畜环境卫生课程为例,构建动物科学专业大学生课前能力评价指标体系,便于教师课前评估学生,针对性教学,实现教育过程公平。结果表明,该方法可成功构建课前基础能力评价指标体系,其判断一致均通过。另外,在指标总排序中,职业规划、自律能力、课程认同度、独立学习能力、实习经历是影响课程学习效果的最重要5因素;这表明该指标体系可用于其他实践性较强专业课程的评估,用以解决教学过程中的"不公平"现象。
Education process fairness often be neglected for the excessive emphasis on the development of education resources on the background of network era.To solve this fairness,indicator system of comprehensive ability before class of college students was developed based on the analytic hierarchy process.The result showed that career planning,self-discipline,curriculum,independent learning ability,esteemed internship experience is the most important five influence factors on the effect of course study.This indicates that the index system can be applied to other practical strong professional curriculum assessment,to solve the"unfair"in the education process.
