摘要
中非命运共同体是新时代我国提出的重要倡议,亟待进一步落实与推动。在历时维度上,中非传统文化在安全观、发展观、世界观与生态观四个方面的共通为中非命运共同体的发展提供了思想根基,而中非悠久的历史交往进程则为中非命运共同体的建设提供了实践根基。面临日益复杂的现实情境,中非战略定位在不断凸显的同时遭遇一定挑战,对此,应全方位推进中非安全共同体、发展共同体、责任共同体、生态共同体建设,为新时代中非发展提供新机遇。面向“二十大”新征程,中国应积极借助中非悠久的历史基底与丰富的思想资源,在中非命运共同体理念下使双方更加紧密地团结在一起,促动中非关系发展行稳致远。
China-Africa Community of Shared Future is an important initiative put forward by China in the new era,which needs to be further implemented and promoted.In the diachronic dimension,the commonness of Chinese and African traditional cultures in the security outlook,development concept,worldview and ecological concept has provided the ideological foundation for the development of China-Africa Community with a shared future,while the long historical interaction between China and Africa has set the practical foundation for the construction of China-Africa community with a shared future.In the face of an increasingly complex international situation,the China-Africa strategic positioning has become more prominent,but at the same time it has encountered some challenges.In this regard,it is necessary to advance the building of the China-Africa community of security,development,responsibility and ecology on all fronts,so as to provide new opportunities for the development of China and Africa in the new era.As we embark on the new journey of the“20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China”,China should actively draw on the long historical foundation and rich intellectual resources of China and Africa to unite China and Africa more closely under the concept of a China-Africa community with a shared future,and promote the stable development of China-Africa relations.
