摘要
本文借助脑立体定位仪定位,在8只成年猫的丘脑背内侧核内注入HRP,在以下部位见有酶标记细胞:同侧的中脑楔状核、桥首侧和尾侧网状核、延髓巨细胞核、兰斑核、中脑和脑桥的中央灰质、上丘深层、中缝大核;同侧的前乙状回、上斯氏前回、眶回、前下丘脑、外下丘脑、隔核、杏仁核、丘脑网状核、未定带、脚内核。
HRP was injected into the dorsomedial nucleus of thalamus iontophoretically with the help of the stereotaxic instrument in 8 adult cats, amd it’s afferent projections were studied. The following results were obtained:(1) The labeled cells were fouod in nucleus cuneiformis, nucleus reticularis pontis caudalis, nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis of the reticular formation of the brainstem;locus cerulus, substansia greasia centralis of the midbrain and pons, lamina profoundi colliculus superior and the nucleus raphe magnus.(2) The labeled cells were distributed in anterior sigmoid gyrus, anterioru sprasylvian gyrus, orbital gyrus.(3) There were a few labeled cells in area hypothalami anterior, area hypothalami lateralis, septal nucleus, nucleus amygdala, riticular nucleus of the thalamus, zone incerta, nucleus entopeduncularis.The functional significance of the fiberous projections from the brainstem to the dorsomedial nucleus was discussed.
