大白鼠迷走神经传出纤维的起源—HRP逆行追踪法 被引量:1

摘要 30只大白鼠,一侧颈迷走神经干内注射HRP后,在两侧迷走神经背核、脊上核、背内侧核和同侧疑核、面神经后核、后疑核、副神经脊髓核、闰核及舌下神经核出现HRP逆行标记神经元。两侧迷走神经背核的尾部相互合并,构成迷走神经背核联合部。对迷走神经背核和疑核的标记神经元胞体作了测量。迷走神经背核内三类不同大小的标记神经元,它们的近似体积分别为:4646.9±29.50;1943.2±702.1;721.9±163.7立方微米。在疑核内有两类不同大小的标记神经元,它们的近似体积为:8048.6±3987.1;3073.9±579.9立方微米。 HRP was injected into one side of the cervical vagus nerves in 30 adult rats.The HRP-labelled cells were seen bilaterally in the dorsal nucli of the vagus nerve,nuclei suprespinalis,nuclei dorsomedialis and ipsilaterally in nucleus ambiguus,nucleus retrofacialis,nucleus retroambiguulis,spinal nucleus of the accessory nerve,nucleus intercalaus and nucleus hypoglossalis.The caudal ends of dorsal nucleus of the vagus nerve of both sides were combined each other and formed a"Commissural part".The volume of the HRP-labelled cell bodies of the dorsel nucleus of the vagus nerve and nucleus ambiguus was measured.There are three types of HRP-labelled cells in the dorsal nucleus of the vagus nerve(4646.9±295.0μm^(3),1943.2±702.1μm^(3),721.9±163.1μm^(3))and two in the nucleus ambiguus 8048.6±3987.1μm^(3),3073.9±579.9μm^(3).
