摘要
2020年初,新型冠状病毒疫情暴发并向全国范围内蔓延,黑龙江省疫情防控组结合省疫情特点,利用"大数据+网格化"技术手段,借助测绘地理信息数据资源和技术优势,依托省地理信息公共服务平台("天地图·黑龙江"),建立"大数据+网格化"的黑龙江省疫情防控辅助决策系统,为全省疫情防控工作指挥决策与精准防控提供综合服务,并推进各地市应用,形成联防联控布局。结合地理信息的可视化、空间分析等特性,提出了对省卫健委等多个专业部门疫情数据的快速集成方法、处理流程及系统构建思路,系统设计并实现了在PC端和移动端的一体化应用,并在全省疫情精准防控中发挥了重要作用。
Nearly 2020,novel coronavirus outbreak and spread to the whole country,Heilongjiang province epidemic prevention and control group combined with the characteristics of epidemic,using the"big data+grid"technology,used mapping geographic information data resources and technical advantages,relying on the provincial geographic information public service platform("Tianditu·Heilongjiang"),established"big data+grid"epidemic prevention and Control Assistant Decision System in Heilongjiang Province.The system provides comprehensive services for the command and decision-making and precise prevention and control of epidemic prevention and control in the whole province,promotes the application in all cities and forms the layout of joint prevention and control.Based on the characteristics of geographic information visualization and spatial analysis,this paper puts forward a rapid integration method of data process and system construction idea for epidemic data of many professional departments,such as the Provincial Health Committee.The system designs and implementations the integrated application in PC and mobile terminals,and plays an important role in the precise prevention and control of epidemic in the whole province.Based on the characteristics of geographic information visualization and spatial analysis,this paper puts forward a rapid integration method of data process and system construction idea for epidemic data of many professional departments,such as the Provincial Health Committee.The system designs and implementations the integrated application in PC and mobile terminals,and plays an important role in the precise prevention and control of epidemic in the whole province.
