摘要
为借鉴美军经验做法,提升我军运输投送体系建设水平,对美军运输力量体系、投送网络架构、投送支撑体系、国防动员体系等主要特点进行系统归纳。结合我军战区新体制下运输投送任务特点,从建立权威高效的军地联合指挥体系、建强军事运输投送力量、加强设施设备战略预置、健全专业国防动员体系等4个方面,提出深化我军运输投送体系建设的思路。
In order to learn from the experience and practice of the US army and improve the construction level of the transportation delivery system in our army,this paper firstly systematically summarizes the main characteristics of transportation force system,delivery network architecture,delivery support system,national defense mobilization system in US army.Then,combining with the characteristics of transportation delivery tasks under the new system of our military theater,it puts forward the new ideas of deepening the construction of the transportation delivery system of our army from four aspects:establishing authoritative and efficient civil-military integrated command systems,constructing strong military transportation delivery force,strengthening strategic preset of facilities and equipment,and improving the mobilization system of professional national defense.
