摘要
为高效、准确地测量薄壁圆筒试件应变,研究多轴应力应变路径,比较应变片测试和夹持式应变计测试两种应变测试方法。设计制作薄壁圆筒试件,推导将测试结果转换为拉伸应变和剪切应变的计算公式,在MTS试验台上进行测试,对拉伸、扭转、拉扭3种工况的应变测试结果进行比较。研究结果表明:两种方法都能正确测试应变,二者成线性相关关系,误差在5%以内;夹持式应变测试方法具有可重复使用、效率高的特点,用于测试材料的弹塑性应变具有明显的优势。
In order to measure the strain of thin-walled cylinder efficiently and accurately,this paper studies the multiaxial stress-strain path,and compares strain gauge test with central strain gauge test.It designs and manufactures the thin-walled cylinder,and deduces the calculation formula of converting the test results into tensile strain and shear strain.The test is carried out on MTS test-bed,and the strain test results of tensile,torsional and tensile torsional conditions are compared.The results show that the two methods can test the strain correctly,and they have linear correlation with the error less than 5%.The central strain test method has the characteristics of reusability and high efficiency,and has obvious advantages in testing the elastic-plastic strain of materials.
