摘要
为增强装备采购管理专业实践教学效果,着眼学员首次任职与长远发展的需要,运用系统科学思维,分析学员能力需求,设计能力生成路径,并针对能力培养的点断式问题,从阶段递进式教学模块、协调一体化教学内容、组合多样化教学方法和创新实效性考核方式4个方面提出体系化设计思路。
In order to enhance the practical teaching effect of equipment acquisition management specialty,this paper firstly focuses on the needs of students’first employment and long-term development.Then,it analyzes and designs students’ability needs and generation path with systematic scientific thinking.Finally,according to the point break problems of ability training,it puts forward systematic design ideas from following four aspects:phasing progressive teaching module,coordinating integrated teaching content,combining diversified teaching methods,and innovating effectiveness assessment methods.
