摘要
神经性毒剂的急性、亚急性和慢性暴露均会引起中枢氧化应激。目前的医疗方法只能为神经性毒剂中毒提供有限的治疗和中枢保护作用。为预防神经性毒剂中毒造成继发性神经损伤,氧化应激正成为治疗神经性毒剂中毒的关键靶标。该文综述了神经性毒剂中毒后氧化应激的产生机制,以及用抗氧化剂治疗以减轻大脑氧化损伤、神经炎症和神经退行性病变的中枢保护策略研究进展。
Acute,subacute and chronic exposure to nerve agents will cause central oxidative stress.The medical treatments currently available can do nothing more than provide limited treatment and neuroprotection for nerve agent poisoning.In order to prevent secondary neuronal injury caused by nerve agents,oxidative stress is becoming a key target for the treatment of nerve agent toxicity.This review outlines the mechanism of oxidative stress after nerve agents poisoning,and the research progress in neuroprotective strategies,such as the use of antioxidant therapies to reduce brain oxidative stress,neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
