摘要
政府投资项目后评价体系的构建,能够进一步促进政府项目投资决策能力、效果提升,保证项目投资合理性,最大限度发挥投资项目的实效性。文中通过对政府投资项目后评价类型、必要性及当前国内外发展现状等的具体分析,给出了几点对策建议,助力后评价体系的构建与完善。
The construction of post evaluation of government investment projects is to further promote the decision-making ability and effect of government investment projects,ensure the rationality of project investment,and maximize the effectiveness of investment projects.This paper is also from the perspective of post evaluation system analysis of government investment projects.Through specific analysis of the type,necessity and current domestic and international development status of post evaluation of government investment projects,it gives some specific countermeasures and suggestions to help build and improve the post evaluation system.
