摘要
针对老年人腿部无力等问题,研制了一种辅助老年人行动的腿部骨骼。文中介绍了装置的结构组成,剖析了装置的运动机理。通过SolidWorks三维软件对传动部件进行了结构设计,并对控制部分进行了研究,制作了装置实物模型,试验结果表明:该装置辅助人抬腿所需时间约1.72 s,坐起所需时间约6.0 s,上一层楼所需时间约73.7 s,解决了老年人因腿部无力而影响行走的问题,为智能腿部外骨骼的进一步研究奠定了基础。
In view of the problems of leg weakness in the elderly,a leg bone that assists the movement of the elderly was studied.The structural composition of the device is introduced,and the motion mechanism of the device is analyzed.Through Solid-Works 3D software,the transmission parts were designed in structure,the control part was studied,and the physical model of the device was made,and the test results showed that the device assisted people to lift their legs in about 1.72 s,sat up about 6.0 s,and went up to a floor about 73.7 s,which solved the problem of the elderly due to leg weakness and laid the foundation for further research on intelligent leg exoskeletons.
