卧式圆瓶贴标机进料装置的设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前在自动化加工站立不稳的圆瓶类产品的生产线中卧式圆瓶不干胶贴标机缺少能与前段工序进行稳定转送的进料装置问题,设计了一种变螺距螺杆的进料装置,该装置可将圆瓶由立姿转变至卧姿的运动状态且平稳输送至贴标机传送链。首先,根据实际供送状况选择四段组合式螺杆螺旋线开展设计计算;然后,对螺杆螺旋槽曲面的形成原理进行研究,设计圆瓶在进料装置的座体内行进的螺旋滑道,实现稳定转送进料装置的功能;最后,在SolidWorks三维软件中创建模型,完成该装置的样机制作并进行相对误差的检测,发现该装置出口速度与目标速度平均相对误差小于5%,且与贴标机传送链输送速度基本一致,该进料装置能满足实际生产的使用要求。 In view of the problem that the horizontal round bottle self-adhesive labeling machine lacks the feeding device that can stably transfer with the previous process in the production line of automatic processing of round bottle products with unstable standing,a variable pitch screw feeding device was designed to transfer the round bottle from the standing position to the lying position,and smoothly transport it to the conveyor chain of the labeling machine.First,according to the actual feeding situation,the four section combined screw helix was selected for design and calculation.Then,the forming principle of the screw spiral groove surface was studied,and the spiral slide way for the round bottle to travel in the seat of the feeding device was designed to realize the function of stable transfer feeding device.Finally,the model was created in the three-dimensional software of SolidWorks.The prototype of the feeding device was completed and the relative error was detected.It is found that the average relative error between the outlet speed of the device and the target speed is less than 5%,and the speed is consistent with the corresponding speed of the conveyor chain of the labeling machine.The feeding device can meet the actual production.
